I. Job Summary:Store Ops Analyst will help deliver rapid insights and support project level initiatives, relating to the data handling, analysis and insight generation for sales floor processes like inventory, selling / tasking amongst others. The Store Ops Analyst does a deep dive into various processes across the network of stores and aims to provide visibility to the business on frequency of occurrences, variation, and opportunities for improvement. Understanding deeply sales, inventory movement, and associate behavior are key areas of focus for improving. Furthermore, the analyst will help support the function understand the “Why” and “Where” behind the current process by supporting an integrated strategy of store operations, inventory replenishment, merchandising, learning & development, and technology.To be successful, the individual in this role must have a strong understanding of analytical techniques and disparate data sources - both internal and external, and strong domain expertise.II.
