Key ResponsibilityUtilize advanced research techniques and sourcing tools to target candidate profiles. Research, gather, & document information related to each candidate- resume, current employer, experience, skills etc. Conduct market analysis & competitive research to provide the business with a strong understanding of the talent market & how to expand networks. Create and execute recruiting strategies that identify, qualify, and hire highly technical talent. Advocate for the candidate and create an excellent experience & evaluating candidate skill.
