As a technology leader, BPT wants to give you the opportunity not just to accept new challenges and opportunities but to impress with your ingenuity, focus, attention to detail and collaboration with a global team of professionals.<br/> <br/> This role reports to a Manager.<br/> <br/> <strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong><br/> As a <strong>DevOps Lead</strong>, the individual will leverage deep release engineering and automation expertise, drive DevOps strategy across teams, and establish best practices for application build, deployment, and operational excellence.<br/> <br/> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead collaboration with global DevOps, SRE, and development teams to define and enforce CI/CD standards.</li> <li>Design, implement, and optimize complex build and release pipelines across multiple environments.</li> <li>Own release governance, deployment planning, and production readiness.</li> <li>Mentor junior DevOps engineers and developers on CI/CD best practices, branching, and promotion strategies.</li> <li>Proactively identify process improvements and implement automation to enhance operational efficiency.</li> <li>Document CI/CD solutions, code management policies, and pipeline guidelines.</li> <li>Monitor operational metrics and take corrective actions to ensure reliability and performance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.</li> <li>Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep or Terraform.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of source code management, branching strategies, code merges, promotion strategies, and NuGet.</li> <li>Experience in monitoring, logging, and pipeline analytics for continuous improvement.</li> <li>Ability to guide multiple teams and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience creating build/release scripts in YAML, CAKE, or PowerShell.</li> <li>Deployments across multiple Azure regions and subscriptions.</li> <li>Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, OpenResty, or similar technologies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.</li> <li>Minimum 7 years in DevOps with at least 4 years in Microsoft technology stack.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Stack:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Artifacts, Git Repos), PowerShell and C# scripting.</li> <li>.NET Framework, App Service Plans, App Services, Azure Functions, C#, SQL scripts.</li> <li>Infrastructure as Code: Bicep, Terraform.</li> </ul> <p><br/> <br/>  </p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"> <p><strong><u>Personal Skills: </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent analytical and problem solving skills</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various topics related to project and otherwise.</li> <li>Eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical capabilities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul><li>MCA or Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.</li></ul> <p><strong>PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA</strong>: Eurofins has a strong focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects.
