You’ll play a key role in managing CI/CD pipelines, maintaining secure credentials and access controls, and ensuring reliable, automated deployments across environments.<div> </div>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys optimizing processes, and takes ownership of infrastructure reliability and security.<hr align="center"/> Key Responsibilities Pipeline Management<ul><li>Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.</li><li>Monitor and optimize build and deployment performance.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline issues.</li><li>Document configurations and standard operating procedures.</li></ul> Credential & Access Management<ul><li>Implement and manage secure access policies across DevOps and Azure environments.</li><li>Regularly rotate credentials and manage secrets in Azure Key Vault.</li><li>Conduct periodic security and compliance audits.</li></ul> Azure Cloud Administration<ul><li>Manage provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle of Azure resources (VMs, AKS, Storage, Networking, etc.).</li><li>Optimize costs and performance of Azure workloads.</li><li>Implement backup and disaster recovery plans.</li><li>Enforce security and compliance standards across environments.</li></ul> Pipeline Optimization<ul><li>Customize pipelines for project-specific requirements.</li><li>Integrate new tools and technologies into CI/CD processes.</li><li>Continuously test and improve pipeline performance and reliability.</li></ul> Deployment & Release Management<ul><li>Plan and execute code deployments with minimal downtime.</li><li>Implement version control best practices and rollback strategies.</li><li>Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to streamline release workflows.</li></ul> Permissions Management<ul><li>Configure and manage user permissions in Azure DevOps Boards and Azure Portal.</li><li>Handle user provisioning and deprovisioning.</li><li>Maintain and review audit logs for compliance.</li></ul> Server & SFTP Management<ul><li>Configure and maintain SFTP servers and manage access permissions.</li><li>Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Linux servers.</li></ul> Multi-Cloud Exposure (Good to Have)<ul><li>Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS DevOps tools.</li><li>Understanding of hybrid or multi-cloud deployment models.</li></ul> Reporting & Communication<ul><li>Provide daily status updates on progress, incidents, and task completion.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for infrastructure improvements.</li></ul><hr align="center"/> Skills & Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>5–8 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Management.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep).</li><li>Experience managing Azure resources and user permissions.</li><li>Proficient with Git, PowerShell, Bash, and YAML configurations.</li><li>Working knowledge of SFTP, Windows/Linux administration, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).</li><li>Familiarity with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana).</li><li>Strong understanding of security best practices and identity management.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.</li></ul><hr align="center"/> Preferred Certifications<ul><li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate</li><li>Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert</li><li>AWS Certified DevOps Engineer</li></ul></body></html>
