Role Objective:-

The role of a business development manages, develops, implements and administer Sales and Marketing activities for Europe & Canda regions.
Largely involved in formulating Sales and Marketing plans, guidelines, policies and short-term strategies as well as setting goals and targets. Provides guidance to team leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall development, implementation and progress of strategic business
targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
? To approach customers to generate leads for Out-Licensing and CMO business for Europe.
? Understanding customer requirement, preparing commercial quotation, negotiation and deal closing.
? Initiate and coordination with stakeholders to sign various types of Contracts i.e. CDA, Licensing,
CMO etc.
Project Management:
? Liaison between different department for smooth and timely execution of Projects.
? Front line customer service for different projects
MIS Management
Preparing and monitoring database for New Business development activities and related data analysis,
presentation etc.

2.	Key account management - Client service & sales support
a.	Communicate and coordinate with internal support functions i.e. Manufacturing, Supply Chain, RA, F&D, Regulatory, R&D, Legal and Finance etc. for clarification on client’s queries pertaining to agreements, orders, shipment, product registration, pricing, artworks etc or vice-versa.
b.	Arranging of dispatch of necessary information and documents to clients, like Product information, Samples etc.
c.	Coordinate with customers and HO team for developing new Art works as per regulatory norm and ensure correction in existing A/W, whenever required.
d.	Working out the projections as per the std batch size with customers.
e.	New product pricing and Annual Sales projection in co-ordination with RH
f.	Ensuring timely product registration & re-registration in assigned countries in coordination with CM & RH.
g. Analyze country-wise timely order registration as per Sales Plan & updating RH for proper action.
3.	Shipment Related Activities:
a.	Closely follow up with Logistic / SCM Dept. for PFI registration & ensuring timely order execution with proper flow of information to client.
b.	Follow up with customers for timely MI and collections and verify all the details are as per given terms and conditions of order and confirming Logistic Dept. for shipment.

4.	Monthly Review:-
a.	Assisting & discussing with Regional Head the country-wise updated Sales & Stock Data & development for Monthly Review.
b.	Assisting in developing annual budget for respective countries
c.	Assisting RH for preparation of Review and EC presentation
d.	Assisting RH for preparation of strategy presentation
