Job Description: Demo Engineer (IC1)We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Demo Engineer to join our growing team in the dynamic world AI first customer support and ITSM software sales. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Solution Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product demonstrations, help potential customers understand how our software can address their needs, and provide technical insights into our solutions.As an entry-level demo engineer, you will be trained and mentored to become an expert in our product and will play a key role in converting prospects into satisfied customers through engaging and informative product demos.Key Responsibilities:&#xa0;<ul><li>Work closely with our Solution Engineers to build innovative solutions for our customers by understanding customer goals &amp; challenges and play an active role in the solution process.</li><li>Ensure that demo environments are prepared and functioning properly before each session, including managing user accounts, custom configurations, and integrations.</li><li>Become an expert on the Freshworks platform and gain a mastery of our products. Qualifications<ul><li>We’re looking for professionals with 1-3 years of professional experience. Experience as a Demo Engineer or in a related technical role is a plus.</li><li>&#xa0;Bachelor’s or Master's degree in CS/SE/EE/IS/MIS or related work experience is extremely desirable.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with technologies such as Python, JavaScript (jQuery), Django, AWS (EC2, Lambda), HTML, CSS. Web development experience with Django is a huge plus.</li><li>Mobile application development (iOS or Android) experience is a huge plus, including using mobile SDKs within apps.</li><li>Experience working with APIs (REST, JSON/HTTP).</li><li>Excellent technical skills and programming skills are a must for this role. You will rely on these skills every single day!</li><li>Your ability to work on a cross-functional team and collaborate is key. You must possess solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>You are a highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency</li></ul>
