<html><body>Job Responsibilities:   You should be able to demonstrate an appropriate level of technical expertise to be able to carry out the following job/project tasks:  <ul><li>Produce and/or oversee the production of reports, drawings, and other technical documentation, with the necessary level of detail for various stages of development, assessment, and design.</li><li>Develop wireframe models and 3D infoworks of sites</li><li>Clear communication, including the ability to lead on conference calls, meetings, and workshops.</li><li>Technical ability, knowledge, competence, and leadership to provide guidance and inspiration to develop the team. Support a culture of continuous growth, innovation, and technical excellence.</li><li>Understanding to work collaboratively and iteratively with other technical disciplines within multi-disciplinary teams to enhance project delivery.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements  <ul><li>Technically competent in preparing LVIAs and and evidence-base documents in accordance with best practice.</li><li>Thorough knowledge and understanding of the UK planning system with respect to landscape architecture.</li><li>Experience of project management, including financial control and reporting and programme management and ability to manage own budgets.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.</li><li>Competent in the use of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Cloud software (preferred).</li><li>Experience of some or all of the following would also be very useful: ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civils 3D, Revit, Windsoft and Infoworks.</li></ul>  Qualifications  <ul><li>Landscape Institute accredited bachelor’s degree, Diploma and/or master’s degree in landscape architecture.</li><li>Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).</li></ul>  </body></html>
