This team work with business for audit, by Identifying cases on control gaps, policy breaches and providing data evidence for audit completion.</p><p/><p><b>Expertise Required:</b></p><p/><p><b>Analytical Skills </b></p><ul><li>Intermediate knowledge in Data analysis & Data patterns</li><li>Skillful in transforming data sets and performing quantitative & qualitative analysis</li><li>Knowledge on data manipulation and problem solving</li><li>Proficient in formulating analytical methodology, identifying inconsistencies</li><li>Coming up with automated Techniques to remove manual touch points</li></ul><p/><p/><p><b>Tools and Platforms       </b></p><ul><li>Intermediate - expert in <b>Appian</b>, <b>SAS, SQL, Tableau,  Xceptor, Python and Mainframes</b></li><li>Knowledge on schedulers like Autosys, Workflow Management</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA</li></ul><p/><p/><p><i>Nice to have </i>– Experience one of the below technologies.</p><ul><li>SAS on Mainframe</li><li>Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket etc.</li></ul><p/><p/><p/><p><b>Domain Skills</b></p><p>Good understanding of</p><ul><li>Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)</li><li>MCA & Audit Framework</li><li>Inherent and Residual Risks</li><li>Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit Process</li></ul><p/><p/><p><b>Functional Skills</b></p><p><i>Nice to have </i>- Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit Process</p><p/><p><b>Soft Skills</b></p><ul><li>Should have good communication and inter-personal skills</li><li>Proactive approach in solving problems and attention to details</li><li>A strong team player</li></ul><p/><p/><p><b>Basic Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute.
