This team work with business for audit, by Identifying cases on control gaps, policy breaches and providing data evidence for audit completion.</p><p><br/>Expertise Required:</p><p><br/>Analytical Skills    <br/>•    End-End Automation, Data analysis & Data Quality<br/>•    Generate actionable Business Insights<br/>•    Coming up with automated Techniques to remove manual touch points<br/><br/>Tools and Platforms    <br/>•    Basic- Intermediate in Appian, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Xceptor, Mainframes<br/>•    Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA/Confluence and Workflow Management</p><p>Nice to have – Experience one of the below technologies.<br/>•    SAS on Mainframe<br/>•    Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.</p><p><br/>Domain Skills<br/>Good understanding of<br/>•    Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)</p><p>Functional Skills<br/>Nice to have - Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit Process</p><p>Soft Skills<br/>•    Should have good communication and inter-personal skills<br/>•    Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment<br/>•    Proactive approach in solving problems and attention to details<br/>•    A strong team player</p><p><br/>Basic Qualifications<br/>•    Master’s degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B. Support – identifying production failures and fixing issues towards resolution involving codes in SAS & SQL
