Under reboot, candidates join us as a fulltime employee where we start with rebuilding their skills through well-curated 6 months learning program and on the job projects. They receive training and mentorship to help them learn, reskill, upskill, build relationships, and gain new experiences.

Matrikas - Empowering Mothers @ HP
&lsquo;Matrikas&rsquo; assists women in HP India with access to key resources and guidance along their journey into Motherhood. The network focuses on empowering our Mothers-to-be and Mothers with an exclusively curated and intentional range of knowledge, interventions, care, thought leadership sharing and more that will help mothers as they enter a new phase in their lives and also prepare them to return to a thriving career in HP.
Disha
Disha aims to increase the readiness of women as leaders through a six-month blended learning approach to build the leadership pipeline for HP. The six-month program helps develop management skills, enhance leadership abilities, increase exposure and help advance career.
I Inspire
&rdquo;I Inspire&rdquo; is an initiative to find the most interesting and inspiring journey of women employees pan India. In the spirit of this being a contest, the top three selected inspiring entries were further shared across the company to motivate others and to create an inclusive and supportive environment.

Success of Reboot inaugural edition
12 aspiring Women Professionals were hired as Full Time Employees for Print Research &amp; Development Centre Unit Bangalore. During the program, the cohort members were assigned to specific projects across labs.&nbsp;
They were tagged to a buddy apart from a manager and mentor, who hand-held them in their journey with HP. Apart from project specific training, the program presented relevant learning interventions to promote opportunities for deeper learning and encourage holistic development. The cohort successfully completed the program and have now become an integral part of HP&rsquo;s workforce.

Reboot 2.0 with HP: Exclusively for Women Returnees

HP Inc

Expecting mothers often experience backaches, progressive posture problems, and stiff muscles and joints. To help them maintain a stable and comfortable posture, it is important that they rest their feet flat on floor or they are supported with a footrest. We at HP, have assessed this ergonomic requirement for expecting mothering and have introduced footstools to make the office space more comfortable for them. This helps in the prevention of fluid buildup in their legs and feet, improved rest and comfort and healthier levels of sitting and standing.

Many families struggle with the challenge of returning to work post a child. In most cases, it is the lack of support, assistance and having no alternative for the child while they leave to work. At HP, we understand this huge challenge.

We have near-site daycare tie-up/ creche facility within close proximity of our HP campuses. This is spread across 10 cities, 19 campuses where employees can choose from 35 creche options. To help with the financial burden - we subsidize up to 50% of the daycare fees!

Workplace flexibility is a critical requirement to meet the often-competing demands of work and personal life. At HP India, we recognize the need for alternative work schedules and have been working towards addressing it. In line with our efforts to create a supportive and inclusive work environment employees are entitled to Family Flexible Work Arrangement Policy. The Policy is intended for expecting parents, parents caring for a newborn or adopted child, and employees caring for critically ill immediate family members.

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (the &ldquo;Act&rdquo;) is a specific legislation that deals with the prevention and prohibition of sexual harassment at any workplace in India and prescribes the redressal mechanism that is to be established by organisations covered by the Act.

All women employees are entitled to fully-paid maternity leave of 26 weeks leave. At HP, we recognize, life events may require more time for new parents - hence, an employee has the option to apply for a leave of absence (up to 3 months) or loss of pay leave which is up to a year of extended leave. 
Miscarriage leave: 42 days paid leave

This role focuses on developing, managing, and automating cybersecurity metrics and dashboards to provide insights into threat trends, risk posture, compliance status, and the overall effectiveness of the cybersecurity program.Key ResponsibilitiesMetrics & Reporting Framework• Design and maintain cybersecurity metrics and KPIs to measure control effectiveness, risk exposure, and compliance status.• Develop and automate dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI platforms.• Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting across multiple cybersecurity domains (e.g., vulnerability management, incident response, phishing simulations, access management).Data Architecture & Integration• Design and manage data models for reporting across multiple data sources.• Leverage Federal Data Lake and related platforms for secure and scalable data integration.• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across dashboards and reports.Collaboration & Leadership• Partner with cross functional teams to aggregate, standardize, and validate data from multiple cybersecurity tools.• Deliver regular and ad hoc reports to leadership, auditors, and stakeholders to support strategic decisions and regulatory requirements.• Present insights in executive friendly formats, translating technical data into business relevant outcomes.Governance & Compliance• Establish governance processes for metric definitions, data quality, and reporting cadence.• Identify data gaps or quality issues and coordinate remediation with technical teams.• Support compliance and audit reporting for standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and others.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or framework based certifications (ISO 27001, NIST CSF) are advantageous.• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT risk functions, with at least 3+ years in metrics, reporting, data architecture, or data analytics leadership roles.• Proven experience with reporting and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and metrics (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, MTTD, MTTR, patching SLAs).• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, EDR, and GRC platforms.• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, or Power Query for data manipulation and automation.• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical data to non technical audiences.• Experience with compliance and audit reporting is an added advantage
