Location: AiroliWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage a team of Customer Experience Executives handling non-voice support channels such as email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will drive performance, ensure service excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Lead and manage a team of non-voice customer support executives.</li><li>Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and KPIs.</li><li>Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members.</li><li>Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Analyze support metrics and generate reports for management.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the team.</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">3–5 years of experience in customer support, with at least 1 year in a team lead role.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Proficiency in CRM tools and support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Ability to manage team performance and drive results.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.</li></ul>
