<html><body> <h2> Job Description: </h2> Job Title: Credit Risk Analyst, AVP Location: Mumbai, India Role Description<ul><li>Managing a loan and derivative portfolio.  The loan portfolio predominantly consists of financing both investment grade and sub-investment grade corporates.  Typical transactions are complex leveraged loans that include providing liquidity for distressed borrowers, M&A sponsor financing, subordinated holding company structures, share backed financing and commercial real estate lending.  Deals can involve significant credit structuring to mitigate downside risks via documentary and collateral protections.</li><li>Responsibilities will also extend to credit analysis and portfolio management of other corporate and FI counterparties.
