This team work with business for audit, by Identifying cases on control gaps, policy breaches and providing data evidence for audit completion.                Expertise Required: Analytical Skills <ul><li>Intermediate knowledge in Data analysis & Data patterns</li><li>Skillful in transforming data sets and performing quantitative & qualitative analysis</li><li>Knowledge on data manipulation and problem solving</li><li>Proficient in formulating analytical methodology, identifying inconsistencies</li><li>Coming up with automated Techniques to remove manual touch points</li></ul> Tools and Platforms       <ul><li>Intermediate - expert in Appian, SAS, SQL, Tableau,  Xceptor, Python and Mainframes</li><li>Knowledge on schedulers like Autosys, Workflow Management</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA</li></ul>Nice to have – Experience one of the below technologies.<ul><li>SAS on Mainframe</li><li>Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket etc.</li></ul> Domain SkillsGood understanding of<ul><li>Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)</li><li>MCA & Audit Framework</li><li>Inherent and Residual Risks</li><li>Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit Process</li></ul> Functional SkillsNice to have - Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit Process Soft Skills<ul><li>Should have good communication and inter-personal skills</li><li>Proactive approach in solving problems and attention to details</li><li>A strong team player</li></ul> Basic Qualifications<ul><li>Master’s degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B.
