The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. </p> <p>We are looking for a Contract Specialist, who will be responsible to enable and support the Sales Teams and directly contribute towards growth of the business. The incumbent will be working closely with the Relationship Specialist team and lead customer sessions, training and onboarding and helping them with insights, etc.</p> <p>Renewal Specialist APAC team handles close to 650+ accounts PAN INDIA. 40% of our customers require assistance to increase product adoption to drive the high ROI. You will be required to identify customer accounts which require immediate attention connect with the program managers and proactively offer training and support. Help new customers onboard and experience a smooth start and increase product adoption.</p> <p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Helping new customers with onboarding and existing customers with adoption, training and refresher sessions (close to 300 net new per year)</li> <li>Based on Health Score, referred by the Relationship Manager or Scaled Tools weekly, drive outreach to improve Unhealthy to Healthy Accounts (additional 100 impacted accounts)</li> <li>Conducting regular training and refresher sessions with existing customers to increase adoption</li> <li>Engaging customers with Insights, Customer Success Stories, Build industry wise narratives to help position the product</li> <li>Educating customers to join LinkedIn Community and leveraging the online learning materials</li> <li>Conducting Webinars, In-Person Events, Scaled Events to improve product adoption</li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in sales or sales support roles</li> <li>Relevant experience in Customer Success Management, onboarding and conducting training</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in a software, SaaS or startup environment</li> <li>Experience managing high volume of customers, providing 1:Many or 1:1 trainings</li> <li>Experience in problem solving customer issues and displaying customer centric ideology</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)</li> <li>Excellent communication and project, time and customer management skill</li> </ul> <p><strong>Suggested Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Customer Success</li> <li>Sales Support</li> <li>Software Sales</li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"> <div sr-tagline=""/> <p><strong>India Disability Policy </strong></p> <p>LinkedIn is an equal employment opportunity employer offering opportunities to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities.
