<p><strong>Business Analyst</strong></p><ul><li>Understanding clients requirements.</li><li>Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.</li><li>Facilitate product Demo and Training to client and stake holders</li><li>Functional Testing of applications.</li><li>Should have Experience on Prototyping, Root Cause Analysis, Fit gap analysis, Project Management Skills, Product Ownership Agile Methodology.</li><li>Experience in Creation of solution document, functional specification document, test data & test scenarios.</li><li>Basic Knowledge of any Relational Database Management System.</li><li>Should have good knowledge on HTML, CSS (Table less design), jQuery and Cross Browser UI development</li><li>Should have knowledge on Bootstrap, Angular JS.</li><li>Ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize task assignments to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.</li><li>Experience in Insurance / financial / SIP / ULIP domain is an added advantage (Life, Non-life, Health, Reinsurance)</li><li>Should have proficiency in Process Analysis, Providing Solutions to Business Problems, Pre-Sales and Presentation Skills.</li><li>Professional Skill Requirements</li><li>A self-motivated personality, and able to work efficiently by himself/herself, as well as, in a team.</li><li>Strong organizational and oral / written communication skills to lead or facilitate discussions over the phone and with remote teams.</li><li>Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.</li><li>Good communication Skills.</li><li>Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment</li></ul>
