This role is critical in supporting our mission as a <strong>leading Telecom and Managed Services Provider</strong>, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.</p> <p>The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization and report directly to the <strong>SVP of IT</strong>, playing a key role in requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution delivery.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements Gathering, Analysis & Optimization:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal stakeholders to capture business requirements.</li> <li>Translate business needs into clear, well-documented <strong>functional specifications</strong>, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.</li> <li>Evaluate the feasibility and technical implications of business requirements.</li> <li>Convert functional requirements into <strong>technical documentation</strong> and support the development team in understanding and delivering the solution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Business Process Understanding & Improvement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze current business processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and redundancies.</li> <li>Design or recommend <strong>optimized process flows</strong> that align with business goals and industry best practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Data Analysis:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct in-depth data analysis to determine transformation requirements and support business objectives.</li> <li>Develop reports, dashboards, or presentations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Solution Design & Delivery Support:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions that address business requirements effectively and sustainably.</li> <li>Perform <strong>high-level functional testing</strong> to ensure solutions meet specifications before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li> <li>Support business users during UAT and ensure smooth transition to production.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Communication & Project Support:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a <strong>bridge between business and technical teams</strong>, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.</li> <li>Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparency on project scope, changes, and progress.</li> <li>Assist Project Managers in planning, timeline management, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.</li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li> <li>3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the <strong>Telecom or Managed Services</strong> industry.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and documentation abilities.</li> <li>Proven experience working with remote teams and cross-functional stakeholders.</li> <li>Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.</li> <li>Knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools is a plus.</li> <li>Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Attributes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in Telecom, ISP, or Managed Service Provider environments.</li> <li>Comfortable working across time zones and remote collaboration platforms.</li> <li>Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"> <p> </p> <p> </p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-videos">  <ul class="grid grid--semigutter video-items">    <li class="video-item column wide-1of3 medium-1of3 small-1of2">      <div class="video js-video" data-sr-track="video" data-video-type="YOUTUBE" data-video="https://www.youtube.com/embed/ElVkQwE71HE?autoplay=1" data-title="Business Analyst (Telecom) - El Salvador ">        <a class="button button--clean video-button js-video-play video-button__YOUTUBE" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ElVkQwE71HE" target="_blank" aria-label="Videos To Watch" title="Videos To Watch">          <i class="video-caret" title="Videos To Watch"/>        </a>      </div>    </li>  </ul></section></body></html>
