The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business intelligence, data analysis, and visualization principles, with good experience in working with data modeling techniques.</p><p/><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards and data models, to provide actionable business insights.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.</li><li>Integrate data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud-based services, into cohesive BI reports.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports and dashboards.</li><li>Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic business decisions.</li><li>Optimize BI solutions for performance and usability.</li><li>Develop and maintain data models to support efficient querying and reporting.</li><li>Provide training and support to end-users to help them effectively use BI tools and reports.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest BI features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.</li></ul><p/><p><b>What We Are Looking For</b></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>5-8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis and reporting</li><li>Strong proficiency in BI tools (preferred Power BI)</li><li>Proficient in SQL and database management systems.</li><li>Understanding of digital business operations and metrics.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p/><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.</li><li>Azure Databricks familiarity or prior use</li><li>Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik – preferred Power BI).</li><li>Experience with extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of Salesforce data into BI systems</li><li>Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R.</li><li>Understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics.</li><li>Domain or functional knowledge in either finance, Banking or Supply chain is must</li></ul><p/><p><b>What’s In It for You</b></p><ul><li>Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects.</li><li>Collaborative and inclusive work environment.</li><li>Career growth and professional development opportunities.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Hybrid working</li></ul><p/><p>If you are passionate about data and have a knack for transforming complex information into actionable insights, we would love to hear from you.
