The ideal candidate will lead complex SAP implementations, optimizations, and support activities while providing strategic guidance on logistics processes and system architecture. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Consultation <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end SAP logistics implementations across SD, EWM, and MM modules for complex enterprise environments</li> <li>Provide strategic guidance on logistics process optimization and digital transformation initiatives</li> <li>Serve as subject matter expert for logistics business processes and SAP best practices</li> <li>Conduct business process workshops and requirements gathering sessions with C-level executives and department heads</li> <li>Develop comprehensive solution architecture documents and technical specifications</li> </ul> Technical Expertise & Implementation <ul> <li>Design and configure complex SAP logistics scenarios including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and sales processes</li> <li>Lead integration activities between SD, EWM, MM modules and other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, QM, PM)</li> <li>Architect and implement advanced warehouse management solutions using SAP EWM</li> <li>Configure complex pricing procedures, output management, and billing processes in SD</li> <li>Design and optimize procurement processes including vendor management, purchase requisitions, and goods receipt workflows</li> </ul>   Required Qualifications Technical Skills <ul> <li>18+ years of hands-on SAP experience with deep expertise in SD, EWM, and MM modules</li> <li>SAP S/4HANA experience with migration and implementation projects</li> <li>Extensive SD proficiency: Sales order processing, pricing, shipping, billing, credit management, rebate processing, and customer master management</li> <li>Comprehensive EWM expertise: Warehouse structure, storage types, storage bins, warehouse tasks, resource management, and wave management</li> <li>Advanced MM knowledge: Procurement processes, inventory management, material master, vendor master, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification, and material requirements planning</li> <li>Integration experience with other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, QM, PM) and third-party systems</li> <li>Configuration and customization experience including user exits, BADIs, and enhancement frameworks</li> <li>Data migration experience using S/4 Migration Cockpit, CVI, LSMW, Data Services, or other ETL tools</li> </ul> Leadership & Communication <ul> <li>Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations with teams of 15+ members</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior executives</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and business audiences</li> <li>Experience managing client relationships and conducting executive-level presentations</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations and global teams</li> </ul> Education & Certifications <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field</li> <li>Required SAP Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate in SD/EWM/MM modules</li> </ul> Experience Requirements Project Experience <ul> <li>Minimum 6 full-cycle SAP implementations with at least 3 as lead consultant</li> <li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects (minimum 2 projects)</li> <li>Multi-site, multi-country implementations with complex organizational structures</li> <li>Experience with rollout methodologies and template-based implementations</li> <li>Post-implementation optimization and continuous improvement projects</li> </ul> Industry Experience <ul> <li>Manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, utilities and retail industry background preferred</li> <li>Experience with complex supply chain scenarios including drop-shipping, third-party logistics, and cross-docking</li> <li>Knowledge of various procurement models (make-to-stock, make-to-order, engineer-to-order)</li> </ul>   Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience with SAP Cloud solutions</li> <li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies</li> <li>Experience with SAP Activate methodology</li> <li>Consulting or systems integration firm experience</li> </ul>   Travel Requirements <ul> <li>Willingness to travel based on project needs</li> <li>Flexibility for international assignments and extended client engagements</li> </ul>   </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> Educational qualification: B.E , MBA </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives">Experience : 15+ yrs</div></section></body></html>
