The role offers a chance to boost growth in a fast-changing market using our solid foundation and innovative technologies.</p><p/><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p/><ul><li>Develop and implement strategic business plans to compete and drive growth in the Pharma/Biopharma segments.</li><li>Develop and nurture positive connections with key accounts and collaborators to identify and effectively implement growth strategies.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director and Market Development teams to implement coordinated marketing programs.</li><li>Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and scale engagement with biotech startups and bio clusters.</li><li>Ensure flawless execution of sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.</li></ul><p/><h2>Qualifications & Experience</h2><p/><ul><li>MBA holder with a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in sales or business advancement within the Pharma/Biopharma field.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.</li><li>Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.</li></ul><p/><h2>Benefits</h2><p/><p>We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonuses, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
