key responsibilities <ul><li>Collect and define business requirements in cooperation and in association with the business area</li><li>Understand the business flows, interview end users and write business requirements documents.</li><li>Challenge the requirements where needed, explain these requirements to the functional analysts and quality assurance / development teams.</li><li>Collaborate closely with functional analysts, developers, vendors and application owners as the business / functional counterpart in solution identification and estimations.</li><li>Support creation of business cases outlining cost impacts and value drivers of proposed solutions.</li><li>Run workshops, facilitate stakeholder engagement and build relationships and purposeful networks working collaboratively using a wide range of tools.</li><li>Manage user acceptance testing and test case coordination with the business.</li><li>Ensure that end users and support teams are correctly trained to use solutions being delivered by the project.</li><li>Support application services teams in functional test case generation and test result validation.</li><li>Supports the providing of signoffs for business requirements.</li><li>Support implementation team and solve post go-live issues.</li></ul>​Your skills and experience<ul><li>5+  years of prior experience as a Business Analyst in an investment banking organisation, with at least 3 years in legal-IT functions.</li><li>Fluency in English (written/verbal).</li><li>Experience managing teams in global IT change projects and varying project / programme environments (waterfall, scrum/agile, etc.)</li><li>Experience working with business requirements through to system level Functional Specifications.</li><li>Experience in business analysis, data analytics or UX (user experience).</li><li>Experience owning product backlogs, sprint planning and driving release content throughout via prioritised stories.</li><li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience and ability to independently identify issues grasp new concepts, provide insights and solutions and oversee their delivery.</li><li>High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong planning and highly organised with ability to prioritise key deliverables across several work streams.</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation / presentation skills.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of methods and tooling for the Business Functional Analysis Profession.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office products.</li><li>Broad knowledge of related business solutions in the marketplace.</li><li>Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to elicit requirements, document, and translate business needs into detailed BRDs, FRDs, and the user stories for systems and workflows</li><li>Hand-on experience in developing and presenting UML diagrams to model workflows, system interactions, and business processes.</li><li>Experience in analysing complex datasets using tools like SQL, Excel, or python to identify trends, validate data accuracy, and support decision making.</li><li>Deep understanding of trading, settlements, risk managements and compliance process, including equities, derivatives, and fixed income.</li><li>Strong understanding of Legal and Regulatory requirements such as GDPR, SOX, or MiFID II, Basel 3</li><li>Familiarity with Legal technology solutions and regulatory compliance tools used in Legal Operations</li><li>Knowledge and experience in the usage of modern SDLC tools JAMA, Jira, HP ALM</li><li>Preferable: Knowledge of Derivatives Asset class , Legal Contracts Negotiation , Netting Process , Trade Life Cycle , Client Reference data , Clearing and Settlement of Derivatives </li><li>Degree from an
