JOB PURPOSEPartner and Implement several HR processes such as Talent/Performance reviews, Learning and Development initiatives, Off Role Sales Force Management, Employee engagement etc. across organization with the objective to enhance control on compliances, increase employee satisfaction, strengthen HR administration and enhance employee retention; Oversee HR Policy Management, execute and support in Campus/ lateral hiring & onboarding for engaging talentPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Learning and Development· Conduct Training Need Analysis at organization & individual level· Consolidate the TNIs & sign off from HODs. Liaising with leaders, managers, and supervisors to understand the training need and gauge feedback and create training content.· Prepare Training Calendar & coordinate for training execution as per plan (behavioral and functional trainings) & track training participation, feedback & effectiveness· Identify training partners for organizing classroom sessions· Generate & share detailed report with the respective business vertical after the training program & Monthly Tracking with HOD's· Execute practices around training linked recognition and share links for online courses to employees from time to time2. Performance Management · Assist in executing Goal setting exercise for DMI Finance employees· Execute Mid-year reviews across DMI Finance and ensure timely closure of the activity· Administering the yearly PMS cycle by helping stakeholders to ensure timely closure of the activity in line with the organization's philosophy of transparency & fairness.· Execute Performance Improvement plan by coordinating with Reporting Managers for performance counselling sessions and & control its review mechanism.3. Campus Hiring, Onboarding & Engagement · Execute Campus onboarding & engagement activities for Management trainees, summer trainees from top B-schools/ engineering colleges across India, planning & execution of their entire life cycle including on boarding, employee connect, training etc.· Collaborate with business partners on best in class talent selection processes to find targeted talent profile.· Pre-joining connect - Share welcome kit and Project Sponsor contact details & respond to FAQs of interns .· Plan & execute Orientation & induction and set up meeting with Project Sponsor on day 1.· Setting clear project related goals, Project execution with regular progress review by Project Sponsor· Plan & execute Project review at the end of 1st month. Collate Project Sponsor’s feedback· Plan & execute Final Review of project with deliverables with project sponsor, CEO, Head HR & take final feedback from project sponsor on understanding of project, knowledge, approach taken etc & recommendation on PPO.· Connect with interns on PPO and release PPO to campus.· Campus Hires' Dipstick post 30 & 60 day joining· Plan and execute Informal & Formal Connect with Interns & Campus hires· Plan & execute induction/ technical Training for Campus hires (for IT team salesforce training & training on campus to corporate culture)· Prepare & share internship offer & experience letters4. Employee Engagement & Communication framework · Propose and implement Employee Engagement initiatives as per the engagement calendar· Plan & execute employee engagement and activities like- celebration of all festivals, offsites, Virtual Talent show, WFH photo challenge, learning challenge, Fun day @ Smaash, get together for new office inauguration, women’s day celebration for all DMI entities· Create buzz of the event by sending emails every day.· Coordinate for Vendor meetings & negotiation for all the engagement activity.· Analyze and Prepare budget for employee engagement activities for review & sign-off5. HR Policy making · Implement new policies & procedures (like policy on sexual harassment, code of conduct, creche, policy handbook)· Design, monitor and evaluate of all appropriate HR policies, benchmarking HR best practices and recommend changes to HR policies· Communicate policies to relevant target groups.6. Conducting Onboarding, New hire Induction, Employee life cycle management & Off Roll Sales Force Management· Onboarding – Create a positive and welcoming experience to the company onboarding schedules; ensures accurate new hire documentation handling, completion of corporate induction, and set up meeting with reporting manager & stakeholders.· Ensure joining documents, appointment letter, email id creation & entry on portal is done on day one.· Prepare & release joining announcement on joining date (for AVP & above level)· Background Verification : Review all bgv status for DMI Finance and take approval from HR head in case of any discrepancy or additional cost approval· Confirmation Process - Track and send email to reporting manager for confirmation of new joinee after 90 days & make sure to Extend/ confirm employee on portal.· Employee Grievances - point of contact for all employee grievances, working in close coordination with line managers to foresee & resolve and employee issues / grievances.· Exit Formalities- Monitor separation process, 1) Resignation request on portal 2) Resignation is accepted by the manager before LWD 3) Conduct Exit Interview 4) Take sign off on no dues form.· Communication : Release communication email for policy change, employee engagements activities, change in office timings etc.· Salary and Payroll process of Off roll sales force management - Process salary invoice of PAMAC· MIS and data – share multiple data report with different teams.(Compliance team, consumer team and different stake holders)· RCM – Submit monthly RCM report to internal audit team.· Org structure – Prepare & update org structure for DMI Finance.· Creche - point of contact from HR for creche new admission and all the query related to crecheMAJOR CHALLENGES· Execution of Performance reviews – high dependency on stakeholders for completing appraisals on time· Manual tracking of forms and data linked to performance, Basic analytics takes timeDECISIONS· All the process approvals are given by HR HeadEducational Qualificationsa. Qualifications· Minimum Qualification required: MBA in Human Resource Management· Qualifications preferred: MBA in Human Resource Management b. Work Experience· Minimum 5 years of experience· Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking.· 360-degree view of HR functions is required to work in this role· Should be proficient in using MS Office and Excel.· Excellent people management skills are required in this role.
