If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving real business problems, you’ll fit right in.</div><div>  <strong>Role Overview:</strong></div><div>We’re looking for an <strong>Assistant Manager – Finance</strong> to support financial planning, analysis, and control across business functions. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and profitability.</div><div>  <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):</strong></li><li>Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and business performance dashboards.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.</li><li><strong>Costing & Margin Analysis:</strong></li><li>Conduct detailed product costing and margin analysis for SKUs.</li><li>Monitor input cost trends and support pricing decisions.</li><li><strong>Inventory & Supply Chain Finance:</strong></li><li>Oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation.</li><li>Work closely with supply chain and procurement to optimize working capital.</li><li><strong>Compliance & Audit:</strong></li><li>Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.</li><li>Support statutory, internal, and cost audits.</li><li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong></li><li>Identify gaps in financial processes and recommend improvements for accuracy and speed.</li><li>Implement financial controls and automation tools wherever feasible.</li></ul><div>  <strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 1-2 years in FP&A / Costing / Business Finance (preferably in FMCG, D2C, or Manufacturing)</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong></li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems: Tally</li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills</li></ul><div>  <strong>What We Offer:</strong></div><ul><li>Opportunity to work in a high-growth, purpose-driven FMCG brand</li><li>Dynamic and collaborative work environment</li><li>Exposure to cross-functional projects and leadership visibility</li></ul></body></html>
