What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Customer-centric mindset: passion for simplifying complexities and delivering measurable value.</li><li>Willing to work on shifts</li></ul>Technical Expertise:<ul><li>ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge of service management.</li><li>Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).</li><li>Familiarity with APIs and identity providers like Active Directory.</li><li>Problem-Solving Skills: Thrive in resolving challenges effectively.</li><li>Strong Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences</li></ul>
