<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd"><html><body><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"><p>Jon Summary & Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Being a business finance partner to the manufacturing & supply chain team for Asia pacific countries.</li><li>Analyzing the month end manufacturing P&L performance for the above countries including variance analysis, trend analysis and ensuring compliance to financial controls</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders in P&L monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-range planning</li><li>Prepare financial reports, presentations and key dashboards for monthly review of key performance indicators</li><li>Providing Capex analysis, lease vs buy analysis for new projects and assisting management in decision making</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability</li><li>Identifying the Key Risk and Opportunity mid-month and provide visibility to the stakeholders</li><li>Working closely with the manufacturing & supply chain teams to understand the business reasons for variances and drive action plans for the mitigation and achievement of financial deliverables</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross functional teams like manufacturing, supply chain, accounting to gather relevant data and ensure qualitative financial reporting</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2 - 4 years finance or related experience</li><li>Excellent math and analytical skills</li><li>Advance user of MS Office/Google Office Suite , Experience in Hyperion and Power BI is an added advantage</li><li>Conversant with applicable Tax, Laws and Industry knowledge</li><li>Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills</li><li>Flexible to work with stakeholders from different time zones</li></ul></div></body></html>
