You'll play a key role in mentoring and developing our clinical operations staff and collaborating on future planning.</p><h2>Keys to Success:</h2><ul><li>Outstanding leadership and team management skills</li><li>Managing staff, which may include interviewing and selection, professional development, performance management, coaching and mentoring, employee counseling, and separations</li><li>Conducting induction/orientation programs for new employees ensuring their smooth assimilation into the company.</li><li>Supporting activities of project leads/functional leads to optimize the operational running of projects</li><li>Evaluating work of staff, including conducting Assessment Visits to evaluate the employee monitoring skills and project conduction</li></ul><h2>Education</h2><ul>  <li>Degree in Life Sciences required.</li></ul><h2>Experience</h2><ul><li>Extensive experience in clinical operations (start-up and monitoring) equivalent to at least 10 years.</li><li>Demonstrated history of mentoring and nurturing teams</li><li>Successful implementation of strategic and operational initiatives</li></ul><h2>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities</h2><ul><li>Proficient knowledge of SOPs and applicable regulations and guidelines to conduct trials in India</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to review systems like CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity</li></ul><h2>Physical Requirements / Work Environment</h2><p>This role involves a combination of office-based and remote work.
