This requirement is for responding to customer enquiries, sales order creation, expediting orders, quote creations, price resolutions & other customer service activities</p></div></div><div><div><h2>A Day In The Life</h2></div><div><p>Some of the key responsibilities are: (but not limited to)</p><p>Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement</p><p>Support Customer enquiries, order entry, order changes and other requirements of customers</p><p>Work as customer service associate flexible to support during night shift</p><p>Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs</p><p>Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and quick TAT</p><p>Ensure all requests from customers and CS teams are acknowledged for the day and coordinate with teams across the enterprise to resolve customer enquiries </p></div></div><div><div><h2>What will help you thrive in this role?</h2></div><div><p>Excellent Communication skills, good computer skills, Analytical skills, experience in Chat and Customer services through emails, Desirable if they have SAP, Salesforce and order management experience.</p></div></div></div>        </span></body></html>
