Major Purpose of the Job: 
1.	Preparation of All type MIS as required by Management & HOD on Daily, Mid  Month, 28th & Monthly Basi
2.	Preparation of MIS Stock availability against Pending order and submit to HOD and follow up with Field force.
3.	Preparation Primary-Secondary sales monthly basis and give to Field and HO Team.
4.	Preparation of Month wise, CNS wise sales forecast
5.	Preparation of Inter branch transfer sheet and submit to distribution dept.
6.	Preparation Annual Budget.

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities: 
•	Preparation of All HO orders request and coordinate with CD Finance & Marketing people
•	Preparation sheet shortage of products and continuous follow up with Distribution Dept.
•	New Stockiest Appointment / Doctor Appointment co-ordination with field staff and Distribution department
•	Co-ordination with field & supply chain and increase the credit limit of stockiest.  Correspondence to field for Overdue outstanding payment and achieve the collection Target.
•	Looking after Concurrence for all the payments, i.e. Bill to the company, Filed Activity, H.O Executive Expense as well as Tour Payments, Etc.
•	Preparation Incentive Raw data and submit to SFE Dept..
•	Daily Correspondence to field for stock details, sales update and ensure to achieving weekly & Monthly Target.
•	Correspondence to all field force in reply to their queries on timely basis.
•	Co-ordination with team members / field to complete given task by HOD on time co-ordinating with Purchase / Finance / Supply chain
•	Update daily sales, stock, details and co-ordinate with HOD & Distribution Dept.
•	To smoothen & simplify the process considering SOP in routine work
•	To Provides speedy response with the accurate & reliable Report/Analysis / Presentation to HOD and Internal Customer
