Principal Task:
1) Routine analysis for GC-MS; ICP-MS; HPLC; DSC; TGA; PSD; XRD
2) Maintaining cGLP environment in laboratory.
3) Perform development; validation; calibration and release related activities.
4) Prepare and maintain various documents like release; calibration & validation.
5) Plant release support provided to QC-A'war and Dahej and RA teams.
Responsibilities:
1) Plant release support provided through very sophisticated instrument like ICP-MS; GC-MS; XRD;
DSC; TGA & HPLC.
2) Working standard and impurities standard qualification received from PE LAB.
3) Maintain various logbooks on daily basis.
4) Maintain and perform PM and calibration as per annual calibration and PM schedule.
5) Troubleshooting for all sophisticated instruments.
6) Stability studies performed and summarized in tabular format.
7) Maintain standards and chemicals stock.
8) Incident and change control properly writing as per QMS system.
9) After developing activities prepared MOA as an initially part of specification and STP.
10) Try to reduce breakdown all sophisticated instruments.
11) LNB & TDS writing for conducted various experiments.
12) Prepare various type of technique of analytical method validation protocol and report and execute.
13) Analytical method transfer activities related technique should be perform at A'war and Dahej.
