Major Purpose of the Job: 
To support the management in NPD Product Portfolio and key domestic market accounts by coordinating cross-functional activities, ensuring timely technical and regulatory support to customers, and enabling smooth execution of business commitments in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Principal Accountabilities:
1.	Support management of the NPD (New Product Development) product portfolio, including preliminary product evaluation, data compilation, and coordination with internal teams.
2.	Assisting management in market analysis, product prioritization, and portfolio expansion activities.
3.	Handle and support key domestic market accounts, acting as a coordination point for commercial, technical, and regulatory communications.
4.	Provide ongoing support to other domestic market accounts, including response to customer queries, documentation sharing, and follow-ups.
5.	Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, QA, R&D, and Manufacturing for dossier availability, DMF/CEP status, variations, and compliance-related inputs.
6.	Assist in addressing customer technical, regulatory, and audit-related queries in a timely manner.
7.	Track customer requirements, submission timelines, and regulatory deadlines, ensuring internal alignment and follow-up.
8.	Support commercial activities such as preparation of offers, feasibility inputs, and internal approvals.
9.	Follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of payments.
10.	Prepare, update, and maintain the Business Development (BD) Tracker.



Professional Qualifications
Post-Graduate in Chemical Engg. With Specialization in Env. Engg. 
Graduate in Chemical Engg. 
Diploma in Chemical Engg.
