"•	To ensure operation and maintenance of Electrical network (HT & LT) of plant as well as planning, designing ordering & execution of brown field electrical project.
•	Ensure compliance to cGMP requirements & Good Engineering Practice requirements besides other statutory laws, rules and regulations.
•	Manage smooth operation of 66 KV & 11 KV Substation.
•	Manage smooth operation of D.G. Sets, UPS, HT/LT Panels & distribution boards. 
•	Manage smooth operation of EMS (energy monitoring system). 
•	Ensure indenting of inventory of critical electrical spares required for Substation, D.G. Sets, UPS, HT/LT Panels & distribution boards, Cables & earthing, lighting. 
•	Ensure all preventive maintenance & breakdown maintenance are carried out in shortest duration of time. 
•	Closing of Online & Offline memo on time of all electrical breakdown. 
•	Ensure proper distribution and utilization of manpower including managing shift schedule. 
•	Provide support for new system installation.
•	Ensure procurement of spares required for preventive maintenance / breakdown maintenance by closely following up with / purchase
•	To provide the documents for liasioning work.
•	To manage electrical inspection annually & get the approval from Govt authority for operation of electrical system. 
•	To ensure proper filling of log sheets, Units recording of DG Sets & HT/LT installation in the locations.
•	Encourage low response time to repair DG Sets, electrical installation for production activities.
•	Economic utilization of HSD for DG sets.
•	Ensure training of all staff to be complete on time. 
•	Manage PM activity of electrical equipment to be done on time with arrangement of necessary materials, man power & vendor. 
•	Preparation of daily power consumption report & send to management for record. 
•	Preparation of power consumption unit consumption report monthly/annually & send to management for record. 
•	Closely monitoring power consumption & update to management for power saving. 
•	Manage the Power trading daily record & monthly record. Update the saving to management by power trading system. 
•	Arrange the session with team & encourage to generate the ideas for power saving. Implement the Ideas to save the power
•	Design, order and execute the brown field project (CAPAX project) of plant. 
•	Co-ordinate with purchase & vendor to get the material on time. 
•	Co-ordinate with cross functional team to execute the electrical work in synch of other parallel activities. 
•	Check & Verify the project electrical measurement & process for the billing. 
•	Prepare the presentation/report of electrical work required by management."
