Position: Office Assistant Experience: 1–3 years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative, coordination, and basic finance-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of accounting and technology, including AI tools, will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Support Perform daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, scheduling, and maintaining office records. Manage incoming emails, calls, and communication with clients and internal teams. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups as required. Client Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and coordination. Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth communication flow. Support in gathering client requirements and maintaining client databases. Finance & Accounting Support Assist the finance team with basic accounting activities such as data entry, invoice preparation, expense tracking, and record maintenance. Provide support in financial documentation, reconciliations, and reporting. Proposal & Project Support Help in preparing project proposals, presentations, and client deliverables. Support project execution activities such as timelines, task tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Assist in ensuring project documentation and compliance requirements are met. Technology & Productivity Tools MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) expertise for preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. Demonstrate tech-savviness, with the ability to learn and use new tools quickly. Apply basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, content drafting tools) to improve efficiency and accuracy. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in office administration, coordination, or similar roles. Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and use AI-based tools. Good organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. Attention to detail and a professional attitude. Why work with Us?
