<html><body>Total Number of Openings1The Asset Performance Engineer is part of the Facilities Process Engineering team within the Chevron ENGINE Center and is responsible for optimizing the performance of Chevron’s Shale and Tight (S&T) assets through data analysis, performance monitoring, and strategic insights. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Shale & Tight operations performance analytics focuses on evaluating production downtime events, maintenance work orders, Opex, and related metrics to support leadership and execution teams in decision-making. The objective is to uncover opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational reliability.
