<html><body><h1> Position:</h1>Applications Engineer II<h1> Job Description:</h1> Principal AccountabilitiesPartner Onboarding & Enablement:<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners in alignment with business strategy.</li><li>Facilitate partner setup across business, legal, and IT systems, ensuring compliance and readiness.</li><li>Provide orientation and enablement on product offerings, pricing models, and integration processes.</li></ul>Relationship Management:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned partners.</li><li>Foster strong, long-term relationships with partner stakeholders and executive teams.</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews to track partner satisfaction, performance, and strategic alignment.</li></ul>Business Growth & Revenue Enablement<ul><li>Develop and execute joint business plans to achieve revenue, growth, and engagement targets.</li><li>Identify upselling, cross-selling, and co-marketing opportunities with partners.</li><li>Track and report on sales funnel, deal registration, and partner contribution metrics.</li></ul>Integration & Operational Excellence<ul><li>Coordinate with IT and business teams to support B2B integrations (EDI, API, SOA, Azure) with partners.</li><li>Ensure the stability and efficiency of transactional data flows (orders, invoices, shipments, etc.).</li><li>Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate timely resolution with technical teams.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to streamline partner operations.</li><li>Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product and process improvement.</li><li>Support internal teams in executing partner programs, campaigns, and incentives.</li></ul>Performance Monitoring & Reporting<ul><li>Analyze partner performance and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and risks.</li><li>Maintain accurate partner records, dashboards, and reports in CRM or ERP systems.</li><li>Present periodic updates to leadership on partner ecosystem performance.</li></ul>Governance & Compliance<ul><li>Ensure partner adherence to business policies, contractual obligations, and ethical standards.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data and system access guidelines.</li><li>Support audit and governance activities related to partner operations.</li></ul> Job Complexity:<ul><li>Requires strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to manage diverse global partners with varying business models and technical capabilities.</li><li>Involves balancing strategic growth objectives with operational and technical execution.</li><li>Demands cross-functional coordination between business, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality partner deliverables.</li><li>Must handle complex B2B integration environments (e.g., Oracle ERP, SOA, Azure Logic Apps, EDI) while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.</li><li>Requires proactive issue resolution, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.</li><li>Exposure to global operations, multiple time zones, and dynamic partner ecosystems adds to the complexity of the role.</li></ul>Experience / Education Requires typically 12–18 years of progressively responsible experience in related domains, with a bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience gained through advanced education and industry exposure.<h1> Location:</h1>IN-KA-Bangalore, India (SKAV Seethalakshmi) GESC<h1> Time Type:</h1>Full time<h1/><h1> Job Category:</h1>Information Technology</body></html>
