Responsibilities: This role focuses on coordinating infrastructure delivery, build, and integration with applications, including automation, risk, and compliance, within the EMEA Platform Dev team.<ul><li>Platform & Environment Management: Design, build, and support robust, scalable Flexcube platform solutions; manage environment orchestration, capacity, and integration with diverse infrastructure (e.g., Oracle, RHEL, WebLogic, Cloud, CI/CD). Collaborate with architects and administrators.</li><li>Automation & Efficiency: Develop and implement automations (e.g., shell, Perl, Java) to enhance operational efficiency and platform resiliency.</li><li>Project & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as SPOC for projects, coordinating across business, operations, and technology to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.</li><li>Risk, Compliance & Problem Resolution: Support audits, manage application risk/compliance, and resolve high-impact technical/business problems, defining innovative solutions in line with Citigroup standards.</li><li>Technical Advisory & L3 Support: Provide expert guidance in platform design, ensure architectural adherence, and offer L3 Flexcube support (troubleshooting, problem management). Coach junior team members.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>University degree in IT or similar</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination skills</li></ul><ul><li>Hands on 6+ years of relevant experience in application/Infrastructure delivery or systems analysis role</li><li>3+ years of experience with Oracle database and Unix/Linux OS</li><li>Scripting skills (bash, sql)</li><li>Ability to do detailed level analysis of requirements</li><li>Experience in automation of manual activities</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and project management skills</li><li>Fluent English (daily work with English speakers)</li></ul> Following will be advantage (we teach):<ul><li>Cloud, Open Shift, Containerization technologies knowledge</li><li>Experience in design, development and deployment for a large organization leveraging multiple Business applications </li><li>Knowledge of security management in Oracle, RedHat and IBM components</li><li>Scheduler concept knowledge (like autosys) , </li><li>Flexcube or other banking solutions knowledge,  </li><li>Experience with middleware components – WebSphere & WebLogic.</li><li>ITIL certification</li></ul> This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
