<html><body> Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri) Environmental ConditionsOffice Job Description Primary Responsibility:· Pre-sales demonstration with applications for high end technology (LCMS and LCMSMS) · Post-Sales training to customer trouble shooting at customer place as well as in Technical Centre to support LSMS sales team (30-50%) ·  Technical Training sessions for Customer as well as internal customers. · Help to maintain and increase product usage and support sales efforts through technical presentations and product demonstration. · Develop and maintain positive relationship with customers. · Accompany Sales Representatives on sales calls in customer laboratories to provide technical and applications assistance · Act as a key contributor of customer feedback to develop new technical collateral White paper with collaboration of customer. · Assist in creation and review of technical literature including manuals and application notes Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:<ul><li>Excellent / expert knowledge of LCMS method development and / or method validation and transfer</li><li>Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, enabling the identification and resolution of issues.</li><li>Customer Success experience beneficial.</li><li>Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling effective communication within the team and among collaborators.</li><li>Proficient in delivering effective presentations and strong attention to detail and technical skills.</li><li>Displays exceptional time management and project management skills, ensuring efficient completion of tasks.</li></ul></body></html>
