<html><body><p/><p>  <b>Application Development Lead Analyst</b></p><p/><p>  <b>    <u>Position Overview</u>  </b></p><p/><p>In this role, you will provide hands-on software engineering and production support for one of our enterprise Finance Technology teams. You will be working on enterprise financial and accounting systems critical to the operational success of Evernorth Health Services, US Employer, and international business segments within The Cigna Group. The focus of the work will be to ensure the operational stability of our finance cloud Business intelligence application suite.</p><p/><p>This is a hands-on position with visibility to the highest levels of Finance Technology management who are motivated to see the successful results of our efforts. The role focuses on enabling Cigna's financial transformation to the cloud using the latest technologies and development techniques within the Oracle cloud infrastructure stack, including Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) capabilities.</p><p/><p>  <b>    <u>Responsibilities</u>  </b></p><p/><ul><li>Support Oracle Finance information reporting Mart (FIRM) Reporting tools like Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)</li><li>Support data integrations and transformations using Oracle Data Integrator (Data Stage) tool in cloud environment.</li><li>Architecting automation, deployment and migration using DevOps tools.</li><li>Perform proof-of-concepts and create simulations to prove out solutions.</li><li>Design the Functional specifications for technology production support and project teams.</li><li>Participate in coding, unit testing, debugging and delivering reporting applications.</li><li>Design, develop and maintain Financial Dashboards & Reports.</li><li>Performance tuning experience of SQL queries.</li><li>Stay updated on product features and best practices.</li></ul><p/><p>  <b>Required Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Expert in building reports using Oracle Analytics (OAS)</li><li>Expert in building data integrations and transformations using Oracle Data Integrator (Data Stage) tool.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL is crucial.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. </li><li>Expertise in data models, data flows and data visualizations concepts.</li><li>Knowledge about On-premises to Cloud data migration and vice versa.</li><li>Expertise in agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.  </li></ul><p/><p><b>Required Experience & Education:</b> </p><ul><li>5-8 Years of development experience in building Dashboards and reports in Oracle DW cloud finance area using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS),BIP</li><li>Proven Architect with design, and development of large-scale enterprise reporting application solutions. </li><li>College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience. </li></ul><p/><p><b>Desired Experience: </b> </p><ul><li>Expertise in reporting and cloud products. </li><li>Expertise in finance and health care domains.</li><li>Leading and mentoring the team members.</li></ul><p>   </p><p>  <b>Location & Hours of Work</b></p><ul><li>Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
