This requirement is to work with customers, Sales team, business unit contacts for getting Sales tax exemption certificates from customers, uploading those to Vertex, timely follow-ups and any other routine tasks for masterdata and One Hubbell Finance team.</span></p></div></div><div><div><h2>A Day In The Life</h2></div><div><p><span><strong>Role and Responsibilities (but not limited to)</strong></span></p><p><span>1.Support regular follow-ups with customers for sales tax exemption certificates</span></p><p><span>2.Upload sales tax exemption certificates to Vertex as per set criteria’s, do regular follow up, ensure data integrity</span></p><p><span>3.Participate in analysis and recommend changes for process improvements</span></p><p><span>4.Flexible to support during night shift</span></p><p><span>5.Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs</span></p><p><span>6.Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and quick TAT</span></p><p><span>7.Ensure all requests from customers and business units are acknowledged for the day and coordinate with teams across the enterprise to resolve customer enquiries </span></p></div></div><div><div><h2>What will help you thrive in this role?</h2></div><div><p><span>Excellent Communication skills, Analytical skills<br/>Experience in US Tax exemption certificates<br/>Strong MS Office, Vertex, SAP</span></p></div></div></div>        </span></body></html>
