Responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Preparation and maintenance of the books and records of pooled private investment funds organized as limited partnerships and/or separate accounts</li><li>Preparation and/or review of complex management fee and waterfall calculations</li><li>Understanding of side pocket accounting</li><li>Understanding of internal rate of returns, time weighted returns and multiple of capital calculations</li><li>Recording and reconciliation of cash, investments and other balance sheet accounts</li><li>Recording of purchase and sale transactions</li><li>Estimating and posting of accruals</li><li>Preparation of allocations of income and expense allocations to each partner, including updating of distribution waterfall based on the terms of the governing documents</li><li>Preparation of distributions and drawdowns</li><li>Preparation monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</li><li>Analyzing and calculating performance metrics for partnerships/accounts as well as for each investment</li><li>Coordinating with funds’ independent auditors, custodians, prime brokers and fund administrators</li><li>Performing other tasks as required</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum of 3 years’ relevant accounting or audit experience within Big Four public accounting or a mix of public accounting and investment management industry experience</li><li>Solid knowledge of reconciliation and account analysis</li><li>Solid understanding of accounting and the ability to apply relevant investment company accounting rules</li><li>Solid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems</li><li>Experience in Geneva and Geneva World Investors preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
