Specific responsibilities include:</div><div>  </div><ul><li>Work independently as a Consultant, ensuring timely resolution and closure of support tickets in line with defined SLA deadlines.</li><li>Lead ERP delivery for assigned clients, conduct weekly status meetings, and provide regular updates on ticket progress.</li><li>Perform quarterly release testing, explore and implement new features, and maintain necessary documentation.</li><li>Actively contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by conducting regular training sessions for team members.</li><li>Configure and maintain Oracle Financials modules in alignment with business processes.</li><li>Collaborate closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.</li><li>Interface with Oracle Support for critical issue resolution and to stay updated on product enhancements.</li><li>Gather and analyze business requirements to support solution design and delivery.</li><li>Support continuous improvement efforts by contributing to the development of internal processes and Peloton intellectual property.</li><li>Must be available to work from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST.</li></ul><div>   </div><div> Required Experience & Skills: </div><div>   </div><ul><li>Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree</li><li>10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials</li><li>4+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion Financials).</li><li>Experience with supporting/managing accounting functions in Oracle ERP, with at least three Primary Skills GL, AP and AR and basic knowledge on other ERP modules.</li><li>This role needs a night shift support (5:00 PM-2:00 AM IST)</li><li>Minimum of two end to end implementation in Oracle Fusion Financials Or Minimum 4+ years of Support experience.</li><li>Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onshore/offshore model</li><li>Fit with Peloton culture and company values: teamwork, innovation, integrity, service, “can-do” attitude, and speaking your ideas</li><li>Open to working on a rotational schedule in the EST time zone.</li><li>Additional Desired Skills</li><li>Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables modules</li><li>Basic knowledge on other modules such as FA, CM, Tax and Expenses.</li><li>Certifications in Oracle ERP Cloud or Fusion Financials– GL and AR a huge plus</li></ul> Basic knowledge on OTBI reports, SmartView and FRS reports.</body></html>
