Duties and Responsibilities:<ul> <li>General office duties</li> <li>Show units to perspective residents</li> <li>Distribute brochures and information about property</li> <li>Assist with advertising vacant units</li> <li>Coordinate leasing activities such as social functions, and advertising</li> <li>Assist Property Manager with maintenance requests</li> </ul> Required Qualifications:<ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience</li> <li>Section 42</li> <li>Supportive and Fair Housing</li> <li>Yardi Systems</li> <li>Knowledge of property management</li> <li>Possession of a valid California driver's license</li> <li>Proof of auto insurance</li> <li>Reliable transportation</li> <li>Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail</li> <li>Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors</li> <li>Computer skills and experience of Microsoft Office</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent</li> <li>General knowledge of Fair Housing, 504 ADA, HUD and Section 42 regulations</li> <li>Experience with Yardi Systems</li> </ul> Compensation:<ul> <li>$20 hourly</li> <li>Sick Time</li> <li>Part Time: 25 hours a week</li> </ul>EOE</body></html>
