This role implements new templates, develops reusable components and workflows to support the Marketing needs. </p><h4> </h4><p>Education and Experience:</p><ul><li>Minimum 5+ years experience in designing, developing and deploying scalable enterprise web applications and services using AEM, Frontend Web 2.0 and Java based technologies.</li><li>Minimum 5 years experience in designing and developing large scale Content Management Systems using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x AMS, and AEM as a Cloud Service. </li><li>B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.</li></ul><h4> </h4><p>Proven Skills and Abilities :</p><ul><li>Hands-on programming experience in Java/J2EE, and deploying highly scalable REST APIs with deep understanding of Java, J2EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly skills, combined with enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring.</li><li>Hands-on programming experience in designing and developing complex AEM Content Fragments, Nested content fragment models and integrations with third party tools and AEM launches.</li><li>Proficient in the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling , Apache Felix, OSGI, Sightly</li><li>Good understanding of core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languages such as JavaScript preferably using ES6 based Javascript, SPA (Single page applications ) , VueJS, React JS , SCSS and web services development using RESTful implementations.</li><li>Proficient in developing Day CQ / AEM foundational concepts including Components, Templates, Dialogs, OSGI Bundles, Sightly, Workflows, MSM, Sling Schedulers, Models, Filters and Listeners for application development based on the business requirements.</li><li>Good understanding of DAM and its integration with AEM. </li><li>Work closely with our business to understand their requirements, define the solution, develop POC’s and demo the work in Experience with CI/CD tools like Cloud Manager, Jenkins, Maven, WebPack , Babel  etc.</li><li>Hands-on experience in implementing Analytics tracking using Adobe Analytics ( AA)  / Customer Journey Analytics ( CJA ). </li><li>Possess expertise in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ( WCAG ) standards and ensure web applications are compliant throughout the development lifecycle</li><li>Experienced in using JIRA as a bug tracking tool and git / github for version control for application development. </li><li>Familiarity in implementing A/B tests using Adobe Target and Analytics for Target ( A4T ) based integration. </li><li>Practical understanding of Sprint cycles in SCRUM methodology, software development life cycle (SDLC), waterfall and agile methodologies.</li><li>Dedicated problem-solver who can work in a fast paced environment where multiple releases are a fact of life Experience collaborating with other team members in multiple teams diagnosing and debugging complex systems, and participating in investigating build, deployment and operational issues Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines to solve critical issue</li></ul><h4><br/><span data-sheets-root="1">#LI-CK1</span></h4></div><div><p><strong>There’s no perfect candidate.</strong> You don't need all the preferred qualifications to make a valuable impact on our team.
