What we’ll offer youAs part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoy:<ul><li>Best in class leave policy</li><li>Gender neutral parental leaves</li><li>100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral)</li><li>Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education</li><li>Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members</li><li>Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents</li><li>Accident and Term life Insurance</li><li>Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above</li></ul> Your key responsibilitiesWe are looking for someone who:<ul><li>Is a team player with 10-12 years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager expertise along with a decent level of Front-end technology experience working on websites.</li><li>Work directly with Key IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and provide out of the box solutions</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical solutions, in line with a high-quality client experience, in close collaboration with the UX/UI designers and business stakeholders.</li><li>Developing, deploying integrations specific to AEM skill to meet business requirements</li><li>Ensuring the knowledge sharing with the team on needs and complete ownership on the task assigned to the user</li><li>Attend Squad ceremonies e.g. daily stand-up meeting</li><li>Support production issues, co-ordinate with respective depended team and resolve the issues on time.</li></ul> Your skills and experience<ul><li>Adobe Experience Manager Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on development experience with AEM.</li><li>AEM Stack OAK: Experience with Java 1.8, JCR, Sling, AMS, OSGI configuration</li><li>Build and Configure: Components, templates, content/experience fragments and Workflows using Adobe CQ/AEM</li><li>Dispatcher Configurations & Caching: Within multiple domain context</li><li>Architectural Patterns: CRX, Apache Sling</li><li>Web Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of JavaScript incl. jQuery, as well as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Angular 12 (nice to have)</li><li>Analytical and Technical Skills: High level of analytical and technical capabilities.</li><li>Java Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Java, J2EE, and Servlets.</li><li>Proactive Approach: Capable of gaining insights into business objectives, anticipating solutions, and proactively engaging with business stakeholders to align technical possibilities with business needs.</li><li>Adobe Services Knowledge: Familiarity with Adobe Managed Services or Adobe Cloud Services.</li><li>Project Building Tools: Proficient in using project building tools like Maven and experienced in performance tuning of AEM applications.
