metrics</li><li>Accounting and supporting reporting for India Entities via the onshore CFO function, including IFRS reporting to Head Office.</li><li>Generating MIS Packs</li><li>Exception management including reconciliation and break resolution</li><li>Liaise with the customer and ensure that information is received as per requirement with adequate approvals and standards laid down</li><li>Ensure completion/adherence of activity as per standard procedure/key operating procedure.</li><li>Ensure quality/quantity of processing is maintained as per the SLA</li><li>Assist to drive process changes in the team to be more efficient and ensuring we still operate in a controlled manner</li><li>Escalate all issues in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business</li><li>To manage the data flow from various upstream systems to SAP R3 and underlying mapping as part of Exception Management.</li><li>To coordinate and get the SACs and unmapped items cleared for ME process.</li><li>Understand FRRR architechture and conduct on-the-job training for new joiners</li><li>Assisting the team in investigation of mapping related issues and taking complete ownership of the situation.</li><li>Participate in UAT for various projects as raised by CTB from time-to-time and provide user inputs</li><li>Ensure team work culture is practiced</li><li>Ensure proper back-ups created and assist other teams during contingencies (Staff shortage, high volumes etc)</li></ul> Your skills and experience<ul><li>3+ years of professional experience (preferably in Finance teams of banks, investment banks or professional accounting / audit firms or in a similar capacity in a BPO / KPO center).</li><li>Should have handled preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement including end to end follow for pending / aged items and resolution</li><li>Should have knowledge of SAP Architecture</li><li>Should have knowledge of FRRR Architecture</li><li>Should have knowledge of Reference Data maintenance (Static Data Maintenance)</li><li>Should have working knowledge of SAC and Unmapped clearance processes</li><li>Should be able to investigate the issues related to mappings of data flow from various sub-systems to SAP</li><li>Working knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards</li></ul> Education / Certification<ul> <li> Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce.
