The company has a workforce of over 70,000 knowledgeable and experienced Team Members who are proud to provide outstanding service to their Customers, Communities, and each other every day.Position Summary and Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare monthly JE such as creating provisions, Accrual entries, Amortization entries, reclass entries.</li><li>Should be independently booking the journals (both standard and Nonstandard JEs) and should have exposure on independently deciding on account codes to be used.   Just data entry will not suffice and should have visibility on chart of accounts.</li><li>Record / have good understanding on supporting documentation for all journal entries</li><li>Prepare Monthly Balance Sheet Account reconciliations and has a very good understanding of all Balance Sheet Accounts (preferably on Blackline tool). </li><li>Hands on experience in month–end close activities</li><li>Trial balance detailed review, analysis and interpretation on movements between accounts. Review monthly Profit & Loss a/c and Balance Sheet and update the commentary for the variances</li><li>Should have performed Trial Balance detailed review/detailed analysis and should be able to identify the glitches/ adverse balances for which reclass JE’s needs to be passed</li><li>Perform management accounting – review various reports, support in forecast, actual comparison</li><li>Exposure in US GAAP accounting</li><li>Adherence to US GAAP with respect to all accounting interpretations and applications and local GAAP as applicable</li><li>Perform analytical review of the financial statement numbers</li><li>Assist with Internal Audit, SOX Testing documentation and other projects as assigned</li></ul><ul> <li> Location </li></ul><ul> <li> AIIC, Hyderabad, India </li></ul>Basic QualificationsEducation<ul><li>Degree/ Post Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or MBA with specialization in Accounting/ Finance</li><li>Any global professional accounting qualification is preferred including CA Inter</li></ul>Experience<ul><li> (3- 6) years of experience for Analyst (if just graduate or PG in finance).</li><li>Previous responsibility for End-to-End GL and reporting</li><li>Have a clear understanding of all financial modules</li></ul>Other Requirements<ul><li>Proficient in English language (Both Verbal & Written).</li><li>Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, Power Point.</li></ul>III.  Preferred Qualifications A.
