Responsibilities <ul><li>Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger, including but not limited to cash activity, accruals, amortization, adjustments & reclasses.</li><li>Support various accounting analyses in accordance with U.S. team guidance or SOPs.</li><li>Maintain and monitor various accounting schedules and registers, such as fixed assets, prepaids and others.</li><li>Adhere to established escalation protocols where necessary.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adhere to monthly close deadlines.</li><li>Assist with internal and external audits and provide supporting documentation.</li><li>Establish comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all relevant processes and areas of responsibility.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend practical enhancements.</li><li>Adhere to standardized financial and record keeping procedures of the company</li><li>Protect organization's value by keeping confidential information</li><li>Demonstrate consistent integrity and ensure alignments with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience</li><li>Experience working with ERP software, NetSuite is preferred</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Excel</li><li>Basic knowledge of U.S. GAAP is required</li><li>Strong organization skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Ability to think creatively and critically, adapt to change, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally</li></ul> EEO Statement iCIMS is a place where everyone belongs.
