<ol><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities within the portfolio of accounts managed and generate sales leads to achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Build and manage a sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting on sales metrics.</li><li>Maximize customer lifetime value by identifying and pursuing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.</li><li>Make at least 20 calls per day and build 2x pipeline</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.</li><li>Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements and stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments.</li></ol>

QualificationsMust be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to an audience of varying perception levels.<ul><li>1-4 years’ experience with software / IT sales.</li><li>Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills (ESSENTIAL)</li><li>Self-starter who can own ongoing customer success of both large and small clients.</li><li>Ability to report and share client’s status on a timely/pre-defined interval.</li></ul>
