Members of this team will have an opportunity to drive the growth engine for ServiceNow, along with support from the business unit and executive team<br/> <br/> ServiceNow is seeking a <strong>CRM Account Executive</strong> that is a customer facing domain expert, that drives innovative business solutions with our customers</p> <p>The CRM Account Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's CRM & Industry solutions. These products are built on our market leading Service Management platform and create a single source of truth that allows enterprise processes to execute with uniform information.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you get to do in this role:</strong></p> <p>The CRM AE builds relationships with clients while achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas for an assigned territory.</p> <ul> <li>Developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan</li> <li>Arranging and conducting initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings; close collaboration with your Solution Consulting counterpart and extended team to deliver ‘art of the possible’ demonstrations showcasing ServiceNow’s CRM solution</li> <li>Sales process management and opportunity closure</li> <li>Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams</li> <li>Support the regional ServiceNow partner channels to drive an effective customer experience</li> <li>Use internal technology to manage leads, providing accurate forecasting, territory plans, and goals</li> <li>Use Data Management through all sources such as CRM, social media, search engines and AI tools</li> <li>Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required</li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p><strong>To be successful in this role you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
