Occasional overtime is required to meet product demands and schedules, including some evenings and weekends, when necessary. We offer excellent benefits (Heath, Dental, and 401K), competitive wages, PTO, and a climate-controlled environment. This position is in a manufacturing/machine shop environment, and this individual is responsible for having fundamental knowledge of CNC milling machines, including understanding of programming, set-up, and operation, as well as the ability to work with senior level machinists to learn the proper and safe way to make our quality production parts. First and second shifts available.  Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: <ul type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Performing programing, operation and setup of various CNC milling machines </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Perform setups and inspections for other departments as needed </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Study and interpret drawings or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and setup requirements to maximize efficiencies </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Communicate and report non-conforming parts to supervisor, engineers, production control, and quality control to resolve issue </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Maximize efficiencies through effective work set-up and transitions  </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Meet required product rates, schedules and deadlines </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Follows proper work safety practices </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Performs basic preventative maintenance on equipment </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to use computers and other office equipment </li> </ul> Required Qualifications:  <ul type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Mechanical aptitude and dexterity </li> <li class="MsoNormal">High School Diploma or GED </li> <li class="MsoNormal">3-5 years’ experience on CNC mills (Mazak preferred)  </li> </ul><ul type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to use and read micrometers, calipers, dial indicators </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Experience with reading blueprints and assembly drawings </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to handle the demands of working under deadlines </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Must be very detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, friendly, reliable, and use good judgment </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to work and communicate effectively with other employees in a close working environment </li> </ul> Desired Qualifications:  <ul type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal">1+ years’ of Mazatrol programming experience, 3- 4- or 5-axis</li> <li class="MsoNormal">1+ years’ of MasterCAM programming experience, 3- 4- or 5-axis</li> </ul> Accessible Technologies is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. </body></html>
