About the positionChevron ENGINE has an exciting opportunity for Benchmarking Analyst: Upstream to join the ENGINE Innovation team; this role will be based in Chevron’s office in Bengaluru.Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, and work hours are aligned to business needs. Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday. These may evolve based on operational or business requirements.Upstream Benchmarking Analyst will support Chevron’s ENGINE group by compiling, validating, and analyzing benchmarking data across the upstream business to enable business decisions, including competitive goals setting. This role will focus on collecting financial & operational benchmarking data to support the setting of competitive and realistic targets in areas such as production, operating cost efficiency, and capital productivity. The analyst will collaborate closely with upstream business leads, global stakeholders, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality benchmarking reports and insights.
