Aspiring to achieve gender representation

ZS also provides daycare reimbursement of up to INR ₹7,000 monthly for children aged up to 12 months and up to INR ₹4,000 monthly for children aged 13 months to 4 years.

ZS provides up to 26 weeks of paid maternity leave for new mothers.

Besides vacation and sick leave, ZS offers family leave of up to 10 weeks for the birth or adoption of a child or the serious health condition of a family member.
